Now, sources tell us that hours before the nuptials, the estate is already bustling with activity — including the arrival of a very special and important delivery! With less than 24 hours left before Kim Kardashian walks down the aisle, she isn’t taking any chances and has already settled into the sprawling Montecito, Calif. estate where she will say ‘I do’ for a long wedding weekend!

“Several dresses arrived at the estate in a limo at 3 pm,” an eyewitness tells us, adding, “And Kim and Kris are definitely staying here as well.”
We reported on Aug. 18 that Kim and Kris will be married at venture capitalist, Frank Caufield‘s estate, ‘Sotto Il Monte’ meaning “Beneath the Mountain. Sources tell us that the estate has four entrances with heavy security at each one and there are no holes in the perimeter of the 10.9 acre estate for party crashers to sneak in.
Sotto Il Monte is the perfect place for Kim’s fairytale wedding. Equipped with panoramic views of the Santa Ynez Mountains, a main villa, pool and pool house, gymnasium, indoor solarium pool, tennis court, guest house, staff quarters, and green house.

While Kris and Kim are staying at the estate, their guests are beginning to arrive at the Four Seasons in Santa Barbara, Calif. “No one is allowed in the hotel right now, unless they have a room or a specific reservation,” our source dishes. “There are no paparazzi around, but there are camera crews for Kim’s shows ready to fill arrivals.”
